Chemical & Biological Terrorism for Security Professionals
This seminar explores the threat of chemical and biological terrorism as it specifically applies to security professionals. The program provides a detailed examination of the threat, possible facility attack scenarios, and measures for preventing and responding to chemical and biological attacks in a workplace environment.
Topics include:
Introduction to CB Terrorism • Characteristics of Chemical and Biological Agents • Dissemination and Delivery of CB Agents • Terrorist Employment Scenarios • Facility Vulnerability Assessment • Proactive Security Measures • Facility Response Planning
Emphasis in this class is placed on real-world threat scenarios--not hypothetical threats that have contributed to a state of confusion among security professionals. Many class attendees are surprised to discover that many of the most probable CB threats (terrorist employment methods that have proven historically successful) are frequently overlooked in favor of "exotic," theoretical threats.
This course is a first of its kind--a program that focuses on chemical and biological terrorism specifically as it applies to facility security professionals!
