Student Records

Advanced Courses and Distance Learning Courses

Effective 4/1/05, all students that enroll and complete advanced courses (live open-enrollment courses and distance learning) are tracked in our student database. Students that require copies of their transcript of training may request a hard copy from our admissions staff for a fee of $20.00. The transcript of training only reflects advanced courses and distance learning courses completed after 4/1/05.

Distance learning students have automatic access to their transcript of training through the “My Accounts” page. However, students that complete courses at our facility and wish to have those courses reflected in their online transcript must notify us of their web site user name at the time they complete the course. Students that have taken previous classroom courses may also request that we update their online transcript at the time the student registers as a site user.

Florida Class “D” and “G” Records

In accordance with State of Florida requirements, the S2 Institute maintains copies of all student tests and qualification certificates for students that complete Class “D” and “G” courses for a period of two years from the student’s date of graduation. Students may request copies of these records by contacting our admissions staff.
