A Practical Guide
The S2 Terrorism Intelligence for Law Enforcement seminar is designed to provide new and experienced homeland security and law enforcement intelligence professionals with a deeper understanding of the HSINT intelligence process and successful strategies for solving domestic counterterrorism intelligence problems.
The instructor, former CIA Supervisory Officer David Hornberger, draws on his previous experience in dismantling Al-Qaeda operations overseas and his time as Chief of Station for a domestic CIA station to present students with a practical perspective on homeland security intelligence and the role of human intelligence in counter-terrorism.
